About me

Olegs Nikitins

I have worked in management consulting for 8 years. I have a business education and experience working with small businesses, international corporations and government institutions alike. I speak the language of management fluently, make beautiful presentations, and have spoken on the stages of large conferences. Even so, I recently decided to step back from the thought-leader role to focus on the opportunities that artificial intelligence opens up.

Since the start of 2026 I have used Claude, ChatGPT, Hermes, Gemini, Openclaw and others intensively every day, building tools and agents for myself and my clients.

I am convinced that AI won't replace employees. But those who know how to manage AI will replace those who don't.
